Traitors in the Whitehouse

We now know the names of at least two people who betrayed the US government for petty partisan revenge. Those are Karl Rove and Scooter Liby. For those not familiar with the whose who of the Whitehouse, Karl Rove is George Bush's chief political advisor and Scooter Liby is Dick Cheney's chief of staff.

So on the same day the top advisors to both the President and Vice President decide to betray their country. They exposed a undercover CIA operative, they made public the name of the cover company she worked for, thus exposing countless other undercover operatives. The damage to US intelligence gathering in the area of weapons of mass destruction may never be know, nor will likely the number of foriegn contacts who were arrested, tortured or executed because of this treasonous act.

We also know that the full weight of the Republican party is being thrown in support of these above mentioned traitors. It is clear the the modern Republican party values loyalty ot party over loyalty to country. The one question we don't yet know is did the Bush's top political advisor and Cheney's chief of staff decide to do this despicable on their own, or were they following orders.
